Gerry Morneau
ELC Founder, President, and CEO

 Gerry has accumulated more than 22 years' experience as a highly successful owner and operator in the lighting and energy management industry. In 1979, he founded Leader Lighting and Energy Services Inc., a company he continued to operate until the fall of 1993. In November of that year, Gerry joined Encon Systems Canada, which he operated until late the following year, when he became the company's Executive Director of Business Development. Gerry left Encon in June 1996 to found Energy Logic Corporation. His areas of special expertise include lighting application and design, building automation, building energy usage and energy performance contracting.

Herb Eisenberg, c.e.t. g.s.c.
Senior Project Manager

 Herb brings to ELC more than 30 years' experience in the electrical and lighting design/build industry. From the mid 60s to the present, Herb has done it all - as a journeyman, a master electrician, estimator, designer and project manager. In addition to his extensive field experience, Herb worked for a number of years as Head of the Electrical Division at Herbert L. Wax and Associates, a mechanical and electrical consulting firm.

 As ELC's Senior Project Manager, Herb has been responsible for the management and execution of complex projects such as: The University of Manitoba, lighting retrofit of over 90 buildings covering an area of nearly 5 million square feet; The Town of Markham, lighting retrofit of 19 facilities; Mohawk College, lighting retrofit of 6 facilities; and Metro Canada Logistics, over 1 million square feet of specialized lighting redesign and retrofit in three facilities in Montreal and four in Toronto.

John Bodrug, P.Eng.
Lighting/Energy Consultant

 Fifteen years in the lighting and energy management industry with BFR Industries and Encon Systems has given John wide-ranging experience in the development of single-systems or comprehensive energy upgrades. John is a highly skilled lighting re-designer, with equal strengths in the design of building automation systems, fuel substitution and energy performance contracting.
